In 2014, actor Jim Childs traveled to Phoenix, AZ where he met up with friends in order to attend his first horror convention, Mad Monster Bash! Among those he met were horror hostess Elvira, Mistress of the Dark (Movie Macabre); Heather Langenkamp (A Nightmare on Elm Street); Robert Allen Mukes (House of 1000 Corpses); Butch Patrick (The Munsters); Tom Savini (Dawn of the Dead); and P.J. Soles (Carrie).
